Well, I believe in the tooth fairy more than this mystery caller, but just for fun if pre-convert uq's were to get $4, that could only happen if prefs were PAID. FULLY....

I believe what my guy said as he does not buy or sell as I do that for him.

He does not have a clue of what a pump & dump mean. He also does not know I am posting about this on a stock board,he was doing exactly what I expect from him in letting me know about the call, he was very confused about it. I told him to get me the phone number so I could dig into this.

What I am concerned about is how honest was the caller, that I have no idea on.

I do have a plan on trying to determine if this is garbage or if any truth to this, without giving up my plan to keep it on the QT I will post what I learn tomorrow.
