There are several possibilities that would be positive for ENTI.

Whatever the plan is, the PR said due diligence was occurring, so nothing is settled yet.

I do see it as a positive for ENTI, almost any way one looks at it.

As an alternate scenario,
if ENTI is once again involved in the product of Filmrookie, then there must be reasons pointing to it's value and future success.
