Regarding ENTI, hey, if this new group buys the company of EUOT, and can make good on (i.e. pay) the $500,000 notes payable to ENTI, I would see that as a positive for ENTI.
Typically when a company is sold, it's assets and liabilities are transferred along with the sale.
