Why Paul didn't elect to go ahead with trial is deeply disturbing. Equally dismaying is Sam's not seeming to fear shareholder lawsuits.

Well put Bubba! Since Sam failed to deliver, I believe he is vulnerable to suit. This was one of the issues, I read that Sam had serious concerns with. He feared getting sued by the sh's. I guess he changed his mind.
