People keep forgetting that the reason we are now getting something is solely due to the IT charges, which only became an issue in 2011. W/o those IT charges we would still be out of the money. The EC managed to use those to negotiate us back into the money. "What did we give away?" We gave up our right to pursue those claims in return for what we are now getting under POR 7.
