Are you talking about firing off multiple letters; that is, different letters from different individual shareholders to different parties, specifically, Paul's lawyer, Sam's lawyer, and the judge, each separately? And what about your letter? Do we sign on to that, as shareholders?
I'm appalled to think Sam can simply leave with his patents, and not face damages. How could a judge allow or encourage that, simply tear up the contract and agreement? The patents belong to XMDC.
