A new option for companies delisted from NASDAQ may be on the horizon. Who knows if this is true, but you make an extremely compelling argument!

IMO once we break .175 ... we will fly to .26 and higher because of the lack or resistance in that price range (.175 - .26). If you count the shares traded in that price range (~2.5 mil shs), there was very little volume. Therefore, there should be very little resistance on the way up.
