I am not talking P&D firms or hit r miss firms. Someone reputed and works with mostly cash (may be restricted shares) and stay with the company for years to come.

Is it not easy to sell the story like ANDI with good management, growing and profitable?

action apps website says total 1.6 mil downloads in jan'12 alone. that puts us at 3.5 million downloads for the qtr. with 8.5 cents per download average we are looking at close to $300K in revenues

wonder what the bottom line be?? May be one time expenses with recent acquisitions get the bottom line down but I guess that's ok

I emailed my suggested IR firm to the company contact directly hope dustin looks at it and take some action.

Read the recent filing from Dustin one more time

Dustin said something like "At the current share price it is not financially beneficial to 86 of the B holders to convert"

frankly, this is the dumbest statement I ever read from a CEO. Is he telling us if the SP goes up these holders are ready to convert and dump them in the market. Instead of reassuring investors "dustin is saying never buy ANDI stock anything higher the current price"

Is that not the problem to begin with? Investors are afraid to buy the stock at higher price knowing B holders are ready to dump.
