Perhaps, Lisenby's series of emails with false/misleading information from early 2010 as well as Lisenby's PR from 10/4/10 (and other false/misleading PRs) should be included with this letter. The judge should see some of what the SEC is seeing.

I will send a draft of the letter to all that sent me an email. Look for it on Sunday morning. It will be posted on the board at some point to inform everyone of our attempt for dialogue with judge and/or the lawyers. I also think we need some legal representation and will consult with a few baord members on this. More to come.
