Do you think Wally has any legitimate reason to delay this for another 90 days and do you feel approval can come sooner?(I'm hoping for early April instead) Another Summer can't be wasted.(And isn't dry stacking nearly completed?) And does dilution concern you?(With our PPS, I certainly don't want anymore......If Guyer has this in his plans he better have a buyback in place as well) I know some are upset--especially Grizz--but I still hope 2012 is OUR year to prosper and reach new highs.(It has to be with all the crap we've endured) Once approval is granted(earlier I hope) I hope we jump into action immediately as it pertains to mill production, buyout, whatever.

567, There a several reasons why the delay. You have the 20 day period of public opposition that must be honored, and the clock starts on the published date. Another reason is that sometimes agendas are full, and item must be delayed until the first meeting were the schedule has not been fully booked.
