I wouldn't count on an early decision, but yes it is possible if there are no Objections and no Adequacy Issues. A decision can come any time after the comment period is over.
Dilution never bothers me in pinks. If AAPL was diluting I would be worried. And Brendan, keeping the mines and mill and doing it themselves is not such a bad thing. Maybe a buyout is not the way to go.
