You have to subtract the total liabilities from your assets figure before you divide by the number of shares. Done correctly, it works out to just over 3 1/2 cents a share.
But if you prefer your figure, that's fine with me.

thats just based on assets. If we can find out what future cash flows they are expecting from Miller, which I believe is where the money is this year because of low gas prices the PPS could be much much more. either way, the PPS is a super bargain at these levels.
