Asset Value of HPGS is 14.8 cents a share as of 1/31/12.
Total Assets for compamy $39,610,000. divided by 267.2 shares(as per CNBC)= 14.8 cents.

The arguement can be made that it could fetch MORE or it could fetch LESS on a fire sale.
In summary as of today it's undervalued.
With Earnings due shortly and based on past history , being this close in the run -up IF WE SEE .05 it would only happen post earnings (miss expectations)..but that's just my opinion.
