I agree wh Looking4Winners, that we should be PROACTIVE at this time & let the Judge (and anyone else)know how we have invested & have been affected by this travesty.

I feel if we send an ONSLAUGHT of CORRESPONDENCE to the Judge to REAFFIRMING our being Duped about the Ongoings of the XMDC, at least I will FEEL LIKE I WENT DOWN FIGHTING...

But it HAS TO BE ALOT of Investors Participating & it has to be NOW!!! The Judge knows we're involved but I want him to FEEEEL our Pain.....Who's In!!!!!
