MacIntyre is copying what Taylor did and Smuda just "acquired companies" with incorporation papers that were in default.

Where are those roofing and solar companies now?

You were the mod when Smuda did that. Where are those "subsidiaries" now?

A shell is a shell (by any other name). That just means that there is no verifiable product (and that situation should be expected to continue). There are no verifiable installations (and that situation should be expected to continue). Neither CTCC NOR the new shell (STEP) has valid corporate papers.

It's also still a non-reporting company with limited information available at OTC, right (The last SEC 10Q was filed in June, 2010)?

According to their January PR, With distribution and installation agreements already in place, the company offers solar and LED installation for both residential and commercial applications around the country. Talks are upcoming with several Native American entities for systems to meet their needs

Most companies put a list of completed projects on their website. Not only does CTCC NOT do this, it doesn't even HAVE a website!! Has anyone found a website for STEP? Maybe they will use and change the website for Probe Array Corporation.


Neither CTCC NOR STEP has come forward to tell us about the "upcoming talks" with the "Native American entities." Upcoming means nothing unless we are informed of an actual date and which entities for which tribes.

Oh yes, there's a new day dawning -- for another empty shell!
