Jas, there are possible reasons for Safend sales that shorts probably haven't considered. For example, what if over 600k shares were owned by Israeli government employees and they were required under law to liquidate those shares now held by a foreigh company - all following the end of the 90 day waiting period late last week?

I don't know Wave's timing for utilizing their new At-The-Market facility, but it stands to reason that with the flexibility it provides they will want to maximize the share price before executing sales. You can be sure that if at all possible, they would like nothing better than to set a trap for the shorts and thereby maximize the price during a window of opportunity.
