Logic says Nok should not file but my gut says they will. Let's hope they come to their senses by Monday!

Jim. Got your email and it's on file. I'm looking at 2 different senarios.

Number 1. Nok files by the 1st and we begin a slide down. Idcc announces good earnings, but no new licenses. Doesn't help the share price and we will continue the slide until reaching support.

If nok files, I'm paring down. Figured 50% and hope to buy them back when I feel support is hit.

Number 2. Nok doesn't contest and we begin a rise in share price. Idcc announces good earnings, but no licenses and it is considered positive under these circumstances and we continue a rise in share value.

Under these conditions, I won't sell a share.

I figure on number 1, but either way it goes, no doubt I'll screw up. Never fails. Gonna do it anyway. .. nic
