get a deal with STM, another with ATML, have a deal with DELL and INTC, expect one with GWY and the next thing you know you start spouting "unbiquity".

I'm hopin Wave hasn't forgotten that they need to file a 10-Q by Aug9th (by my math) which generally means we'll get the CC announcement begining next week. Obviously if they could pull a Gateway PR or 8k or whatever, well ... seems to me the 1.30s would come into the money as well.

They always could have extended the previous warrants as well, no?. While its true that they might (barely) have the resources to play for a better price in a new pp, a PP always has all those placement fees etc, whereas the Warrant is already placed, no? Tis about 4-5% as memory serves.
