Sure, they are sloppy. I wonder who would actually put something like that together.

If they are registered, it is $800 per year. I think they will be ok. Half the corporations don't file or file returns late. It's just the way it is in the corporate world. Especially for a company that does not have an accountant on staff. Things happen.

I do wonder who they have helping them with financials and filings though. It is something they need to and am sure they are looking into rectifying going forward.

So that is me being honest. It's still nothing to be worried about though.
