Mattbang, as an accountant, you must have loved RFMKs 2011 financials filed on OCTMarkets, tell me, how many mistakes can you pickout on them, and would you sign off on annual report?, also, As I posted before, they had an active registration with the California SOS, thus they submitted to the tax, many states have a simular requirement.
