This company couldn't get to "Current Information Status" by April more less the Bulletin Board. My 7th grade daughter could do the GAAP Audit... No income, No Oil, No revenue makes for a very easy audit. They couldn't scrape together the $10,000 needed for the audit. They probably took out a payday loan to pay for the press release.
