It is popular because it just filed with the SEC, went through extensive background checks to get approved have have its ticker changed to BCAP from TOFS. It is catering towards the OTC stocks, and it already has clients lined-up. It will be fully operationally in February. People are talking, because it is so damn cheap right now. The most optimistic see this as a gold mine, others think it is another penny stock that will flop. Do some DD see what you believe, I decided to buy because it is so cheap, to me anyway it looks legit and February is just around the corner so won't be long until we find-out what the deal is!
