man, do you understand the difference between open shares, on which market cap is computed, and 'fully diluted' shares?
i recently went into some detail to itemize those differences, and to explain that the outstanding warrants and options are 'out of the money' at the moment, and anti-dilutive.

your quoted open share figure is correct, to seven significant figures, and has been static for many months.
