man, do you understand the difference between open shares, on which market cap is computed, and 'fully diluted' shares?

i recently went into some detail to itemize those differences, and to explain that the outstanding warrants and options are 'out of the money' at the moment, and anti-dilutive.

teq can get a bit impatient with naive posters at times. But in this case, he's entirely justified.

research the following three terms:

1) open share
2) warrant
3) option

your quoted open share figure is correct, to seven significant figures, and has been static for many months.

Why don't you go to SEDAR where NXT files all their regulatory submissions, instead of some second rate exchange like the Pinks? NXT has nothing to do with the pinks, but they are listed there solely because of other party's efforts.
