I do, but did lose sight of the warrents. They are under water, yes. So there are 8 million in warrents that can be excercised if the share gets high enough. I believe they have a time frame too and then expire. That is potential dillution to me. But if they need to raise more money down here and use a stock offering, that's also potential dillution. Since I'm interested in $2+ a share, the OS for all practicle purposes is somewhere between 33 million and 41 million then considering the warrents.
