Does JMW need to approve this appeal to move forward or can she kill it before it has a chance to get reviewed in Judge Blocks court?

I am worried that JMW wants to push this through and bury any future litigation into “equitable mootness”.

Many of us filed objections early pointing to Conflict of Interest with many of the Debtors. I think those Conflicts are clear yet JMW did not want to do anything about them.

We have the LTW hearing on Feb. 1- is anyone planning on being at that hearing? I am sure Art will not fight for our cause any more he has been paid off with the class 12 Stipulation Agreement.
