I'm fine with just about whatever the judge does as long as it's not deadlock. He's been made aware the company is on life support so hopefully he takes that into consideration and acts in the best interest of shareholders. Re-instating willimas, scolding and/or threatening mgmt and ordering a SH meeting by a SET DATE in the very near future would be quite positive. And if there's settlement prior to wed. I hope the judge has some parameters that he believes will help the company succeed. This could be setting a foundation for future success.
