IMO...the judge will reinstate DW---and, unless some miraculous agreement has been struck, will realize that the BOD is hopelessly deadlocked and dysfunctional since they've all tried to fire each other...he will then appoint a custodian whose 1st task will be to hold a SH meeting to elect a properly elected BOD--all as Calypso continues to burn...just my WAG ...
