Many here have not received their Ballot from Scottrade yet, even though they said they were mailed on Jan 20th. I called them and had them fax one over to me.
Another problem with Scottrade is that it appears the shares are not being "locked" i.e. you can still trade the shares. A couple of us are going to call on Monday to see if we can get some resolution on that matter.
