I certainly can't dispute your thoughts. I believe the company had every intention of buying back shares even if with borrowed money. At the time they I think they believed they were going much higher and it would be a good investment. Fact is nothing worked out so the buy back was a complete failure

Bingo, and that is why this entire group of company officers should be taken away to an island and told to never get near a business again. If this had all taken place on a bigger exchange? They would have been fired long ago. Complete FAIL. How these people can look at themselves in the mirror every morning is mind blowing.

Ever heard of margin? Its done every year up here in Canada as people borrow momey to shore up their retirement plans. Businesses do it to grow!?
