Lucky you. There were lots of frustrated voters in Europe, myself included, who met total resistance from their 'brokers'. Many European banks/brokers felt it was not their business. Hopefully most are resolved by now, but some people said that they were selling out because they could not get their bank/broker to organise their ballots.
