Agreement on your experience with Sharebuilder

I too have become annoyed with the lack of competency at ING Direct/Sharebuilder in how they handled the vote. I talked to multiple people and only one or two seemed to be up to speed on what was going on. It was really annoying that you couldn't speak with Corporate Actions but talk to some tech rep that didn't know very much. In the next 30 days, I'm probably going to start moving accounts to E-Trade since they seem to be the better deal and from what I read, they seemed more competent as well.

just got off the phone with sharebuilder and they will email the ballots. overnight address was confirmed as the 83 south king st. but they also stressed to note ATTENTION PROCESSING DEPT on the outside of the envelope.
I too will be pulling everything out of this rinky dink brokerage house when this is all said and done
