I feel that Nokia will continue to make lots of noise. They do not employ very expensive lawyers for nothing, i am confident that they will come up with some form of wording that will cause the share damage.

i am still sitting on a large pile of shares, it is just that i have lost a great deal of confidence in the company, because of the legal system in the uSA and how Nokia is able to manipulate it. i now understand why lawyers are not near the top of invitation lists.

"IMO I don't think this is a good time to be sitting on the sidelines looking for an opportunity to buy back in and I also don't think it makes sense to wait this long for results and consider selling."

Very good advice Jim. We need to be careful here as the shorts can be trying to manipulate this again. Plus the fact that IDCC has brought in 4 more lawyers does not suggest a settlement! IMO

I think alot of that statement will depend on next week.

The vision into all this is not clear, at least not to me.

JimLur. Good post and I agree with you. I think there are many waiting for the outcome of nok and the hope that there will now be a new direction ongoing with 3g. I feel most are in the hold mode, I am, however, I also feel many are not willing to sit on the sidelines, tread water and wait another 2 years or more for this to play out. JMO. .. nic
