IMO, MOP needs to move out of the Bath hydroelectric plant. If anyone on MOP's BOD inherited the property rights, they should consider selling the bath property to this hydroelectric power company, or leasing it to them and re-invest some capital into MOP for marketing, etc. MOP has no sales and has no need for a factory. Product can be mass produced and shipped overseas at Leigh Fibers plant on East coast.
C'mon MOP. Stop paying rent for a factory when you aren't even selling anything!
