uh.. yeah I know... just wondering how much of that checklist will they complete before those "discount deadlines" on the right of the page. That is if they do any of it at all. At a minimum one could call by one of those dates to see if they at least have placed an order for items to set up their booth with. Or if they have any pending shipments to the conference.
