Send me a link to SRGE's concession title for Cinco Minas, and I will send you link to a statement from the Mexican government stating that the MSJ/BGL case is still in court. We can send them on the count of 3!

Logic would dictate that bureaucracy would hold up info being released regarding BGL's court documents. Unless you are saying that you were mistaken.

I did provide you a link to BGL's own news release, which states that the court battle is ongoing.

Your statement in the previous post that I responded to WAS false, or misleading at best. If you knew that they had their last news release in August you should have said "They have not released any news regarding the status of the court case since August". Instead of saying they have not released any news regarding the status of the court case.
