Saying that the company has not released anything about the status of the court case is a false statement. Last news release regarding the court case was in August.

I'll sum it up for. The fat lady hasn't sung yet. BGL has a strong case, and are only chasing appeals through the Mexican court system.

That was a procedural issue only.
The court case was kicked back to a lower court.
