Hi, everyone... I'll admit I'm a long time lurker. I am a pre-seizure & post-seizure holder.

I finally registered and logged in because I, too, have a Sharebuilder account and thought I should add what information I was able to get from them. And given the time constraints we are all under, any extra info would likely be helpful.

I sent an email to Sharebuilder Cust.Svc. on Monday the 16th inquiring about the voting materials. On Wednesday the 18th I received the following:

I confirmed with my Operations Team that you should be receiving the voting material shortly. Make sure that your address on file is up to date. You can view/edit your address by going to the Accounts tab > Overview > Profile & Settings.

That being said, you might be able to view the material and submit your votes online. Just go to www.reorgaction.com and use control number ############.


I decided to give them through Monday to get the actual voting materials before going online to use the confirmation number. Since I didn't receive any materials on Monday, I went to the reorgaction website Tuesday morning to use the confirmation number, but received the following error:

This offer has expired in accordance with the expiration date established at the time this offer commenced. If the offer has been extended, please contact your financial institution. Thank You.

Of course, I sent a reply email to the rep. that was helping me out immediately. I followed up with a call to their customer service dept in the afternoon.

During the call I was notified that the customer svc rep I emailed had contacted the operations team and that I should hopefully get a response in 2 to 3 days (which is too long for my taste). I inquired about voting over the phone, but the rep I was speaking to didn't think that it was possible, at least in that she has never heard of it being done before. She advised I wait to hear back from the operations team.

Although they advised I wait, if I don't get the voting materials today, nor receive an email from their operations team, I'm calling back and working my way up the customer service ladder until I get to someone that can put my votes in. Normally, I wouldn't be that fussy, but the error message from reorgaction really freaked me out.

If anyone has any further info, in particularly about Sharebuilder, it would be much appreciated as my nerves are quite on edge right now.

And since this is my first post, I wanted to thank everyone who has put their own blood, sweat and tears into the going-ons of Wamu. You all have guided me for years, and have sometimes both allayed and inspired fears, but through it all I appreciate all the posts I have read. Truly, this is an eclectic collection of intelligent, passionate and daring individuals. Good luck to you all and, again, THANKS!

Yup, just got off the phone with them and they said an email will be coming shortly if we have not already recieved it, and we would need to put in the control number at the reorgaction.com site to vote and grant releases online.
