The Hedge Fund Manager has had some issues with the SEC, and has resigned from NIR. We are sorting this out now, to see where
we stand, and what the future is for NIR. Once this piece of the puzzle is in place, we can move forward
trying to get the DTC Freeze lifted.

I WONDER IF THIS PIECE OF THE PUZZLE WILL BE IN PLACE SOON??
