thats wrong, ok ill qualify unless you got certs but if your shares are in tdameritrade acount then mail ballot to NE address but dont take my word call them.

According to TDA, no it's not correct. I am not confident in their answer (yet, checking again tomorrow), but I was told to use their corporate address in Nebraska:

1005 North Ameritrade Place
Bellevue, NE 68005

Again, don't use any address they supplied in the docs (especially KCC related), but try to verify the corporate address veracity.

ushnja...I'm with Wellsfargo advisors. My paper work shows that address is for Master Ballots.
