Good stuff Catz, thanks! You did read bops summation on voting on the plan and reasons behind it involving ownership in Newco. Make good choices, my friend. Like my mother used to tell me. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.

Thanks WithCatz, I've read it and think I understand it, but have not received my package yet so am still a little in the dark. I think I just need to leave the box "blank" and vote "Yes" to get the most benefit... am I right?

Cats: Don't brow beat me for this, but if the broker gives you a fax number would you fax and mail or just fax it to corporate actions or is doing both being over zealous?

You're an engineer, I don't want it spoon fed, I want it like 7 of Nine, in a pellet, you can take 100 pages and make it one, so show off your skills Mr. Scott. It helped, but my main question is what is the new company stock worth and called? Is it Chase, BofA, Citibank, ect....And how many shares will our preferred WAMPQ convert to in common shares of (new company)x(27.5%)?

Cats quick question:

If I vote today and decide tomorrow to buy more that means I have to submit another ballot on the purchased shares before deadline am I correct on that?

Ok, Catz

Have a question that's not in your Q&A and I don't yet have the answer:

How to vote in a joint account, two owners basically.

Do both have to list their name on and fill the same ballot?
Can only one person do it and decide for all shares in the account?
Broker might not know for sure, but I haven't asked, I think it's better to ask KCCLLC? If anybody already has an answer please post.

Also, Catz, you could add and supplement in the Q&A that a person that has separate accounts, even with same type of shares (WAMPQ in both accounts for example), can vote and decide on releases now for one account. Then he/she can do nothing for the other account now, shares will not be locked, and can decide to release or not by Feb 20-something.
