Note: most brokers have a Feb 6 deadline so they can get the info summarized to send the Master Ballot to KCCLLC by FEB 9.

I'm just sayin' when you mail your ballots, don't count on a FEb 9 deadline for mailing purposes.

I think Sharebuilder(ING Direct) is getting close.

They sent me the following message earlier but they never sent me anything though. I called and spoke to a guy named Kevin that told me that perhaps they send emails in batches and I could be getting it soon. If I don't get something soon, I'm going to follow up with them. Email received was:

I'm just sending this information to follow up on the conversation we had yesterday about the WAMU bankruptcy proceedings and how you'd be able to submit your vote. It looks like we actually sent you the information you would need to submit your ballot yesterday, January 23rd. Hopefully you found this information, if you did not receive this information and your control number (this is what would allow you to cast your vote) just reply to this email and we'll find a way to get that information to you.
