The 4's could be gone by then but only time will show that. We shall see. One thing I have seen over the past months is that many that averaged down and have been here for months did so in the 2/3 range. Those (New individuals) that also bought in also did so in the 2/3 range. I do not think we have all to much to worry about as far as people flipping in our current range as most would not make much at all. 5/6 is realistic with volume in the short term with volume. Like Phil said, once we start getting into the 7 or say 8 range we are going to need something from the Co to help the pps move further along. JMO. The best to you and all.
