First we would have to identify the seller and then see if he is even willing to sell. Sometimes even though they will will dump on the open market they may not want to sell completely out, it depends on the holder and their reason for selling. Once we get to that point it we would have to match him or her with a buyer. All easy enough to do but it is up to the holder to decide their price point. Honestly I would be surprised if Dan has not already gone through these steps and tried to make an offer. Hell he wants to sell down here I say have at it.
