There's always a chance the seller is someone, like a handful of people on this board, who bought a boatload of shares down around .01-.02 and is now selling at the Bid because they're tired of waiting for someone to hit their Ask. They're still doing well at 3x or 4x or 5x their investment.

I think a person would need to ask WHY BU SHARES OF WNRC? The company has missed expectations and the growth plan is slow-grow. Not a great situation for an investor.
