I for one, appreciate well thought out analysis, be it positive or negative. I believe we are in the beginning of a paradigm shift in the wireless sector with room for more than one player relative to multi-mode, multi-funcitional devices. I also believe, that CLYW has an opportunity to position itself as one of these players. At this point, in regards to CLYW, it is all about execution. The longer they delay bringing product to market the greater the risk of being left behind. That being said, IMO they still have time and those who don't understand the complexities of the development cycle need to understand it is not a clear cut path. Thanks for you analysis and insight. Basically, what you are saying is to sell this stock because the company product is not viable? This is the only conclusion I can draw from your post.

I would like to see in your next post a write-up on the patent and how companies such as; Motorola, Nokia, etc. could work around it.

on NVEC, arsinio or whatever its called has developed a huge
website to attack the company on a constant basis, it was a
huge undertaking were they hired scientists to dig deep into
fundamentals quoting even the long decsased lord kelvin, its
total basher garbage and has been used to arm freelance part
time unpaid basher/trader/shorts with a dirth of material to
cut and paste on yahoo, so although you may be what you say
dont give us the perposterous sh@t, not around here, even if
you read every post on this board you still would not have
seen it as its unfolded so you cant claim to realy understand
the crap that has gone around here either, yes everyone should
but welcome around but dont give us a line that beyond a
doubt you should be trusted or accepted

Wrong "the press releases that they seem to churn out when investor confidence is low"

another bs statement, so frost and sullivan should have come
out at some other time other then when they were awarded and
the latest pr should have come at another time and of course
the patent award they should have pre-announced that when
investor confidence was high even though they hadnt been
awaarded it yet,

do you take everyone here at the board to be fools?
