What more would Fidelity need:

Order (I) Approving the Proposed Disclosure Statement and the Form and Manner of the Notice of the Proposed Disclosure Statement Hearing, (II) Establishing Solicitation and Voting Procedures, (III) Scheduling A Confirmation Hearing, and (IV) Establishing Notice and Objection Procedures for Confirmation of the Debtors' Seventh Amended Plan

large either way delay or no delay it's great for equity ..there are many reasons why they are trying to rush this threw ,and w/catz its not all about stopping the devaluing of the nols...the illegal collusion along with all the bk fraud charges on top of all the hiden assets splatting all over the place is more of a concern

I'm calling Fidelity 5 times a day and holding their feet to the fire
I have sent them emails holding them responsible if I don't get my ballots in time to return. As the only source of returning them according to the court they are responsible for getting them to me in a timely fashion.

Put the pressure on everyone.... call Fidelity on the hour every hour until they do their job!!

I spoke with Scottrade again today and they still do not have info on how they are going to disseminate the ballots. They called me back and left a message saying they have over 4 weeks before they are due and would be letting me know......I know this is a huge undertaking, but this is getting ridiculous...
