Here is the evidence that everyone can see from the Concession titles. This the first of a two part post.
So that from this point on anyone who continues to promote this scam will not be able to use ignorance as a defense in court.
If you go to this site http://www.economia-dgm.gob.mx/ and try to find the concession title link you get this message.

Debido a la migración de datos al nuevo sistema de la Dirección General de Minas, la consulta de Tarjetas ACC vía WEB ha sido suspendida por desactualización de la información.

Translation:
Due to the migration of data to the new system of the Directorate General of mines, the WEB ACC Consultation Card has been suspended, it had outdated information.

Below is a copy of the old concession title (221756) that SRGE is using to claim they bought Cinco Minas. I have circled all the important information on the title. Alejandro de Leon was indeed listed as the concession holder and yes he got a copy of the title to make the 'sale' to Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal who then 'sold' the concession title to Southridge.
The concession titles he 'sold' were fraudulently obtained.
