Green...of course no one knows except the criminals but in your opinion do you think that twist could come after or before voting.

Well, well, well....
LG brings up the idea of a twist!!!
I've always found your posts to be thought provoking and a good example of 'outside the box thinking'. I myself, (though hopeful and relieved that there is a plan, an upcoming vote, and that our little WAMUQ cocoon will turn into a beautiful, profitable butterfly), can't get past the feeling that there WILL be more treachery. Treachery has been the way of this case all along. And I know that SG and the EC, (and NateT and other individual shareholders) have royally PO'd the CRIMINALS whose plan was essentially foiled, exposed and transmuted so much that they are beside themselves with loathing for us. Our only strength, though, I believe...lies in the fact that they have, collectively (SNHs et al) enough 'skin in the game' that they will HAVE to make this NewCo grow and prosper.

So, ultimately, what I am saying, is that I understand many folks' fear and trepidation regarding this settlement, as we are being asked to release basically 'GUILTY' parties forever, for whatever is behind door number 3. We are playing in THEIR ball lot, by THEIR rules. Faith is all we have to go on, really at this point. I know we are all hoping for the beautiful babes, a Ferrari, a Tuscan villa, whatever....but be prepared, also to take home and feed a llama!!!!

Just sayin'.

Just for the record, I am voting all 3 classes (U,P,K) Yes to plan and yes to releases, to get that GUN away from my head......

The only wildcards I see is the U.S. Trustee stepping in and saying something or another doesn't pass the sniff test, or the DoJ sticks its nose in (with Jamie's passport confiscated and/or he descends into hell right in the middle of a board meeting).
