meaning that if the patent is a no brainer for getting judgements in their favor then investors (private) will be more than willing to finance the fees that may be associated with funding any lawsuits. Hopefully it wont come to that though. I would rather they try and play nice and make deals with those using the technology and receive a royalty on an ongoing basis. The money would come alot faster if deals were struck and partnerships made then trying to fight it out with these huge companies. but either way it is looking more and more like SFOR is going to be in line for getting the compensation they deserve whether companies agree to make deals or fight it out in court. All IMO of course.
