If it is what you say it is then why are they not being charged? If they perpetuated the fraud, they should not be able to engage in any office of a public company just as JR was prohibited from doing? Do remember, this company ran its operation for a short time. It had employees. It had revenue. It took a small version of it's equipment to the Dom Rep and operated it....
TOO MUCH took place to say that it was ALL a scam... IF so, JR's name should be right under that of Bernie Maddock's
